BIB aseptic filling machine is composed of aseptic filling system, cylinder assembly, flow measurement system, temperature adjustment system, human-machine interface and PLC control system. At room temperature, put the sterilized product in a self-contained sterile room isolated from the outside world and use the robot to complete the actions of opening, filling and capping  automatically, so there is no pollution and the purpose of aseptic filling is achieved.

On-line control with tube sterilizer, CIP and SIP are realized. The aseptic bag filling machine is mainly composed of aseptic filling head, operating system, man-machine control system, conveying system, metering system and workbench. The packaging bag is made of aluminum-plastic composite sterile bag, and the whole process is carried out in a sterile environment.

1.Filling range: 2KG~220KG. (The conveying system shall be designed and installed according to 220L iron drum X4 per pallet).

2.Filling capacity: around 4t/hour for single head (around 8t/hour for double heads, the capacity will be reduced accordingly if small bags are used).

3.Filling accuracy: ±0.5%. German E+H electromagnetic flowmeter is adopted to ensure filling accuracy.

4.Cover detection: after opening the cover of the sterile bag, a temporary contact cover detection mechanism is adopted to prevent long time contact with the sterile bag cover, which may cause deformation of the sterile bag cover under high temperature environment and lead to loose sealing, etc.
